Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By placing an order the purchaser agrees to acknowledge to have read the terms and conditions herein and accepts them without recourse. Prices are subject to change without advance notification. Sportsman's Bag reserves the right to product deletions and other changes without advance notification. Any inadvertent errors are not the responsibility of Sportsman's Bag.

Telephone Orders may be placed between 9:00AM and 5:00 PM EST. Written, clearly marked "Confirmations" are suggested on verbal orders to avoid duplications. Any discrepancies between verbal and written orders are assumed by the customers. Please be specific with details to avoid unnecessary delays.

Buying Guns Online
The Sportsman's Bag sells firearms only in accordance with Federal, State, and Local firearm laws. We can ship a firearm to any Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL Dealer) within the United States to handle the ownership transfer. You do not need to search for a FFL dealer to receive your firearm. We present you with a list of local dealers ready to accept your firearm. Most dealers charge a nominal fee ($20-$45) for the ownership transfer service.

Return/Exchange policy
Items in 'NEW' condition may be returned for exchange or credit. For a more prompt exchange/refund, please keep your invoice! If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

  • Return in original packaging (in NEW condition).

  • Return to us within (10) days.

  • Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise.

  • Enclose a brief letter of explanation.

  • Merchandise returned for exchange will be charged a shipping charge.

  • Merchandise returned for refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

  • All returns must be prepaid.

  • No COD’s accepted.

  • If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, a refund/credit will be issued promptly. All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.

  • If you have any questions concerning an exchange/refund please contact us immediately.

Note: Due to safety and liability concerns, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
